This policy explains how Blueanalytica Denizcilik Ar-Ge ve Bilişim Teknolojileri A.Ş. ("Blueanalytica", "we") handles personal data when you visit www.blueanalytica.co or contact us. We process personal data in line with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK) and, where it applies, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

• Visiting the website. When you open the site, our hosting and security provider receives technical data such as your IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time of the request. This is needed to deliver the site and protect it against attacks. We do not use analytics, tracking or advertising tools, and we do not build visitor profiles.
• Contacting us. If you write to us by WhatsApp or email, we receive the information you choose to share, such as your name, phone number, email address, company and the content of your message.
• Business relationships. If you become a client, we process the data needed to prepare proposals, deliver our services and issue invoices.

3. Why we process it and on what legal basis

• To deliver and secure the website - our legitimate interest in operating a safe website (KVKK Art. 5(2)(f), GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).
• To answer your enquiry and prepare a proposal - steps taken at your request before a contract (KVKK Art. 5(2)(c), GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).
• To perform our services and meet legal obligations such as accounting and tax rules (KVKK Art. 5(2)(c) and (ç), GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) and (c)).

This website does not use tracking, analytics or advertising cookies. Our hosting and security provider may set a strictly necessary cookie to protect the site against automated attacks. Strictly necessary cookies do not require consent.

When you close the cookie notice, your browser stores a small note in its local storage so that the notice is not shown again. The site also remembers in your browser session that the opening animation has already played. This information stays on your device and is not sent to us.

Fonts and scripts are served from our own website, so no third-party font or script service receives your data when you browse the site.

• Cloudflare, Inc. - website hosting, content delivery and security.
• Google LLC (Google Workspace) - our business email service.
• WhatsApp (Meta Platforms) - only if you choose to contact us by WhatsApp. Your use of WhatsApp is governed by WhatsApp's own terms and privacy policy.
• Professional advisers and public authorities where required by law.

Some of these providers process data outside Türkiye. Such transfers are carried out in accordance with Article 9 of the KVKK and, where applicable, the GDPR rules on international transfers.

6. How long we keep data

Technical access data is kept by our hosting provider for a short period for security purposes. Enquiry and client correspondence is kept for as long as needed to handle the request or the business relationship, and afterwards for the periods required by Turkish commercial and tax law.

Under Article 11 of the KVKK and, where applicable, the GDPR, you have the right to learn whether your data is processed, to request information and access, to ask for correction or deletion, to learn who your data has been shared with, to object to processing, and to claim compensation for unlawful processing. To use these rights, write to blueanalytica@blueanalytica.co or send a signed letter to the address above. We will reply within 30 days at the latest.

You also have the right to complain to the Turkish Personal Data Protection Authority (KVKK) or, if you are in the EU, to your local data protection authority.

We may update this policy when our website or services change. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version.
