The website introduces Blueanalytica and its engineering, survey, consultancy, management system and digital services. The information on the website is general and is provided for information only. It is not professional, technical, legal or insurance advice for any specific vessel, project or claim.

Surveys, consultancy and other services are provided only under a separate written proposal or agreement. The scope, fees, responsibilities and liability for each engagement are set out in that document, which prevails over anything on the website.

Interfaces, vessel drawings, dashboards and data shown on the website are illustrative. They show how our work and products function in general and do not represent a specific client, vessel or result.

The Blueanalytica name and logo, the design of the website, its texts, illustrations and animations belong to Blueanalytica or are used with permission. You may view and share links to the website for personal or business information. You may not copy, reproduce, modify or reuse its content or design for commercial purposes without our prior written consent. Inspection360 and NautiCentric are products developed by our team.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the website, for example by attempting to gain unauthorised access, disrupting its operation, or using automated means to copy its content in bulk.

The website links to external services such as WhatsApp, LinkedIn and NautiCentric. We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party websites, which are governed by their own terms.
